The return of the item and the related costs are charged to the customer.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible (contactus.wellnessforyourbody@gmail.com) if you want to modify or cancel your order. Remember to include the order number and the modification/cancellation you want to make. You'll receive the confirmation email that the operation was successful.

Note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped can't be changed or cancelled.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED ITEM?

If you have received defective, incorrect and/or damaged goods, contact us within 24/48h after receiving the order. Remember to include the order number, the photographs of the item and all the references related to the receipt of the package and, in accordance with our money-back guarantee, we'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible!

REFUND POLICY

We operate a 14 day returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s), contact us now ad we'll solve your problems. Of course, we do expect the product not to be damaged.

We do not accept returns after the 14 days period so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund!

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at contactus.wellnessforyourbody@gmail.com with your order number. Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid.

We strongly suggest that you return the goods via recorded or special delivery and keep a proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Returns can't be accepted without prior notification.

Full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Note: The refund product must be intact and sealed. Refunds can take up to 5 days to process, depending on the lender.

Note: due to efforts towards excellent customer service & consumer satisfaction with our products returns are a rare occurrence.
